The LeaderShape® Institute™ is a nationally recognized leadership development retreat designed to empower and inspire college students. Each year, the Illinois Leadership® Center organizes a special session exclusively for Illinois undergraduate students, held at the scenic Allerton Park and Retreat Center in Monticello, IL.
Applications open every fall for participation in the upcoming winter term. As part of this unique opportunity, Exploratory Studies provides $800 in funding support (covering the full cost) for up to four selected participants annually.
